If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images or order details).
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or store credit, depending on the case.

Items damaged due to customer misuse
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
