Gynosporin Vaginal Tablet vaginal yeast/fungal infection, yani vaginal candidiasis/thrush, ke treatment ke liye use hoti hai. Is mein Clotrimazole hota hai, jo fungus ki growth ko stop karta hai aur itching, burning aur abnormal discharge jaisi symptoms mein help karta hai. NHS ke mutabiq 500mg clotrimazole pessary/tablet usually 1 night single dose ke طور par use hoti hai.
