Morcet 10mg contains Escitalopram, an antidepressant used for the treatment of depression and certain anxiety disorders. It helps improve mood and reduce anxiety by increasing serotonin activity in the brain. Searle officially lists Morcet tablets in 5mg, 10mg and 20mg strengths.

Important Warning:
This is a prescription medicine. It may initially increase suicidal thoughts or unusual behavioural changes, especially in younger patients, so close monitoring is important. Do not stop taking it suddenly; the dose should be reduced gradually under a doctor’s supervision.
