  Desloratadine is utilized for the following therapeutic indications:

  • Relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, including sneezing, runny or itchy nose, and itchy or watery eyes
  • Management of chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives) and associated itching
  • Treatment of allergic reactions to environmental allergens, such as pollen and dust mites
  • Alleviation of skin reactions and itching caused by allergic conditions
